#1: I understand that the IncomeBuddy.com membership
is a monthly recurring fee that renews automatically each
month until I cancel. I understand that in order to cancel
my membership, I must do so via my online control panel and I agree to give a minimum of five business days notice prior to the upcoming renewal date. I also understand that
there will be NO REFUNDS granted regardless of the situation. In the event I file a dispute or chargeback for this service, I agree to pay a $125.00 chargeback re-imbursement fee and hereby authorize Denniston Enterprises Inc. to bill the fee to my payment method on file.
I agree to use the IncomeBuddy.com system at my own risk
and agree to hold harmless Denniston Enterprises, Inc. also
known as the parent company.
TOS #2: I agree not to promote any of
the IncomeBuddy.com services via SPAM or Unsolicited Bulk
E-Mail.This includes, but is not limited to, my IncomeBuddy.com
sub-domain URL and e-mail addresses. I understand that my
account will be terminated immediately shall my account
be reported for SPAM. If this occurs, I understand that
I will lose all data associated with my account. In addition,
I understand that my credit card may be billed for any SPAM-related
issues. I have read and agree to the No Spam Policy located
